Achieve IT Consulting have carried out 2 web based projects for Relaxa UK Limited that involved an audit of our processes and then implementation of a web based system to streamline the entire process.

The first project was email marketing. We never used email marketing and over the last 6 months have been sending them manually. Russell evaulated the processes and have since implemented a new and very successful email marketing system.

The second web based project involved streamlining our bookings and management processes. We now have a web based consultant booking system that has enabled us to cut our administrative overhead by 2 people who are now redeployed to the sales team to drive revenue.
